Someone at Crown Bar is gonna get fired -- because last night they dissed one of the most powerful men in H-Wood.
Nigel Lythgoe, the guy who produces "American Idol" and judges on "So You Think You Can Dance," was out enjoying his birthday, planning on a festive night at Crown. His boy Ryan Seacrest even arranged a table for him. Unfortunately the Josh-Hartnett-look-alike doorman apparently didn't get the memo, and Nigel was denied. The nerve!
And in the insult-to-injury department, Alli Sims made it through.

Not only did Tara Reid need to set up a fake scene for a phony reality show to get into Hyde last night, but TWO members of the D-lister's crew dropped racially-charged remarks to our cameraman on her way in.
BTW -- after we stopped rolling, the blonde guy apologized to our cameraman, and insisted, "I'm not a racist."

"Bold and the Beautiful" star Heather Tom and her borefriend partied it up at a charity auction in L.A. this weekend. Small problem: our photog had no clue who she was.

"American Idol" clone "Nashville Star" wanted Pussycat Dolls to perform on Monday's show, but instead wound up with their lingerie-clad, gyrating, girl group clone Danity Kane!
Sources tell TMZ that, as of last Thursday, the Pussycats confirmed they would perform on the show as part of that night's "Pop Goes Country" theme and their appearance started to get promoted. But, on Friday, we're told, Interscope tried to get PCD's tween label mates, Clique Girlz, booked on the show.

Before getting popped for driving on a suspended license, Mr. "I Used To Be Cool-io" was unceremoniously rejected from a Hollywood club -- One Sunset. Ever the Fruglio, the rapper tried to recoup his loss by pleading for a refund from the valet. 30 bucks can buy you.....like 100 gangsta Ziplocs.
He got $10 bucks back, and ten minutes later he was being chauffeured by L.A.'s finest.

Not everyone can fit into Chanel -- especially Nicollette Sheridan and Michelle Trachtenberg!
Last week, Chanel threw a big red carpet bash for the opening of its new Robertson Blvd. shop and invited the likes of Angie Harmon, Rachel Bilson, Sheridan and Trachtenberg -- but not Z-lister Phoebe Price! Afterwards, we're told several photo agencies were contacted by reps for the design house asking them to not posts pics of Nic and Mic at the event. Sources tell us they didn't feel the "Desperate Housewife" and "Gossip Girl" were high end enough for the label. Interesting, since they were arguably some of the more famous actresses at the event. Ever Carradine and Tracee Ellis Ross, anyone?!
We're told none of the agencies obliged the couture house's messed up request, but you can probably guess who these ladies won't be wearing to the Emmys.
TMZ contacted a rep for Chanel, but did not hear back.

An obliterated Andy Dick and his friend got denied from Hyde last night hardcore -- and his friend took it out on any and everyone nearby.
Though Dick stumbled away from the scene and hopped into a stranger's truck at Chevron, his bud came looking for him and got into it with a random girl in the parking lot -- but it didn't end there.
Andy eventually returned and told his friend to "take the camera!" from our photog. That's when things got real messy.

A bank is claiming Liz Taylor's longtime photographer (anyone who's anyone has one!) took out a loan for $500k and is refusing to pay up.
In a suit filed Tuesday, Kleos Capital claims Gianni Bozzacchi borrowed the bucks from them and offered pics and negatives of Taylor as collateral - estimating them at, get this, over $4.8 million!
Lawyers claim the photog hasn't paid a single cent on his loan (which after interest is now up to $1.2 million) and now they're going after the collateral.
Those pics of Liz better be compromising - we're just sayin'.

Two production assistants who worked on "The Hills" and "Next" have filed a class action lawsuit against MTV Networks alleging that working with Heidi and Spencer wasn't the only suffering they had to endure.
The lawsuit, which was filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, claims the assistants typically put in more than eight hours a day, without meal breaks, yet were not paid overtime. Welcome to Hollywood!
For the days they worked on location, the assistants claim MTV provided them with already-completed and filled-out timesheets -- which reflected an eight-hour day -- even though on numerous occasions they worked much longer. Looks like the "real world" isn't just hot tubs and drunken hookups!
They are seeking unspecified damages. MTV could not be reached for comment.

Screw you Hugo Chavez! "The Simpsons" is back on the air after being yanked a few weeks ago for being not "kid appropriate."
Homer and Bart had been replaced by the boobs babes of "Baywatch Hawaii," which is totally "kid appropriate." "The Simpsons" will now air during a more "appropriate" evening time slot.
